Classes are open to all individuals of all levels looking to improve their health and fitness.


*New members* are required to complete an induction/assessment prior to starting. This initial session can also be booked in the Mindbody app. 


This ensures you know exactly how to perform all movements and how to tailor each exercise to your unique ability.

Personal training packages can be added to any class plan if would like a specifically tailored and personalized program to reach a goal or deadline such as a wedding, social or sporting event.

Body compositional measurements, fitness testing and nutrition consideration planners can be added to class passes also.

STRENGTH CIRCUIT CLASS DESCRIPTION 

A high-intensity interval type workout using exercises such as squats, lunges, deadlifts, pulls, pushes, carries and core movements.


The class is specifically set up to help you master the main lifting movements and build lean toned muscles in the process. You will learn great technique on all the major movements so you can gain strength and power in your hips, shoulders, arms and of course the core.

Safety and enjoyment are of absolute paramount in all classes so the workouts can be changed to suit any issues you have or if a particular exercise is just not working for you.

There will be plenty of laughing along with the lifting so make sure to save some of that core strength to stop your sides splitting lol.
