Classes are open to all individuals of all levels looking to improve their health and fitness.

New members are required to complete an induction/assessment prior to starting. This ensures you know exactly how to perform all movements and how to tailor each exercise to your unique ability.

Personal training packages can be added to any class plan if would like a specifically tailored and personalised program to reach a goal or deadline such as a wedding, social or sporting event.

Body compositional measurements, fitness testing and nutrition consideration planners can be added to class passes also.

• FAT-LOSS AND STRENGTH CLASS DESCRIPTION 

A high intensity interval type workout using exercises such as squats, lunges, deadlifts, pulls, pushes, carries and core movements.

The class is specifically set up to burn calories and build lean toned muscles. As a plus you learn great technique on all the major movements so you can gain strength and power in your hips, shoulders and arms.

Safety and enjoyment are of absolute paramount in all classes so the workouts can be changed to suit any issues you have or if a particular exercise is just not working for you.

All workouts and weights lifted are tracked for you so you know how well you are doing and how much progress you have made. This is crucial for long term and long last results which is what EMF is all about.
