Group coaching is open to all individuals of all levels looking to improve their health and fitness.
Group coaching is not about sweating, feeling the burn or punishing yourself.
Safe and effective weight lifting is what we teach at a pace that suits you.
Are required to complete an induction/assessment prior to starting to learn the fundamental of strength training in a safe and unintimidating setting.
Sessions are 1 on 1 to make sure we can walk and talk you through every part of the weightlifting program we deem most suitable to you.

This induction/assessment ensures you know exactly how to perform all movements and how to tailor each exercise to your unique ability.
Personal training packages can be added to any group coaching plan if would like a specifically tailored and personalized program to reach a goal or deadline (wedding, social or sporting event).
Training alone will not help you lose significant amounts of weight. Toning is defined as “more muscle and less fat”.
These sessions will look after the more muscle part, however, the less fat part needs to come from changes to your diet.

GROUP COACHING SESSION DESCRIPTION
A moderate to high-intensity circuit type workout using exercises such as squats, lunges, deadlifts, pulls, pushes, carries and core movements. Beginners follow a fundamentals program before graduating on to the main monthly lifting program we follow.
These sessions are specifically set up to help you master the main lifting movements and build strength and muscle in the process. You will learn great technique on all the major movements so you can gain strength and power in your hips, shoulders, arms and of course the core.
Safety and enjoyment are of absolute paramount in all sessions so the workouts can be changed to suit any issues you have or if a particular exercise that is just not working for you.
There will be plenty of laughing along with the lifting so make sure to save some of that core strength to stop your sides from splitting lol.
